A Study on Improvement of Empathic Ability for High-risk Adolescent of Mental Health Problem -Mind Read Program-

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to produce a improvement of empathic ability program for high-risk adolescent of mental health problem. To produce this program, Intervention Research is applied. This method comprise six phases, problem analysis and project planning, information gathering and synthesis, design, early development, evaluation and advanced development, and dissemination. Produced program were significantly related reduction of difficulties, improvement of individual-relationship, and empathic ability. Advance program is completed through evaluation and supervision of experts. To disseminate developed program, we make manual of program and education plan of this program. Utilization and application of developed program and attention and engagement of public institution will be effective for mental health of adolescent.
